I voted today

Today, I voted in Kansas for the first time. Back in California, I tried to make all of the local, state, and federal elections. What's nice about voting here is having the candidates' platforms and statements available online. I didn't even receive a paper sample ballot in the mail, unlike in Cali. What threw me off here was, the order in which the candidate names are presented (say, those for governor) doesn't match the order give on the county election Web site. Unless you write down your picks and take them with you, you'll probably end up voting for the wrong person. But, at least I avoided voting for the people I DIDN'T want! :-)
